Semolina (Roate) Cake Recipe:

-Four eggs.

-pinch of saffron (jaffran).
-1 tbsp of sugar.
- Pinch of yellow meals coloring. (non-obligatory).
-1/2 cups of liquid milk (to loosen batter)
-sesame seeds and poppy seeds for garnish.
Strategies:
Make a powder with cardamom seeds, jaffran and 1 tbsp of sugar. Put aside.
