Pistachios Recipe - My Favorite

Greetings everybody.. This pistachios and rose petal Magaj (chickpea flour fudge) is to die for.. The recipe is slightly bit related from my Magaj recipe couple of years in the past.. Pistachios and Rose petals Magaj Recipe, I am sure you gonna love it. Here is how to make it, and you can also download the full recipe :
Elements:
-1 cups of fine high quality ghee (QBB).
-2 tablespoons of ghee.
-Three cups of sieved besan (chickpeas flour)
-1 cups of sieved icing sugar -1 cups of milk powder. -1 tbsp of freshly made cardamom powder.
-pinch of saffron threads (mix together with cardamom ).
-1/four cups of chopped pistachios.
-1/four cups of pistachios thinly sliced of garnish.
-few edible Rose petals.

Technique
In a nonstick deep pan add the 1 cup of ghee to soften after which add sieve besan and blend.. add half of the cardamom powder and stir on medium warmth for 20 -25 minutes or till golden brown and ghee begins to separate.. Then add the icing sugar with the milk powder follows by the remainder of the cardamon, Jaffran and chopped pistachios. Combine till nicely mix and prepare dinner for an additional 5 minutes on low warmth. Add the two tablespoons of the remaining ghee and blend /prepare dinner for an additional 5 to eight minutes till a thick paste is obtained or ghee begins to ooze out once more.. Switch the magaj on to a wax tray and pat to stage and sprinkle with the sliced pistachios and rose petals.
Let quiet down and sit for 45 minutes to 1 hour.. Rigorously Slice and serve.
TIPS -Use wax paper for straightforward reducing and forestall from sticking.
-other nuts can be utilized as nicely.
