Greetings everybody.. Signature " Mauritian Gato Pima" (cut up pea fritters) .. Devoted to all Mauritian and worldwide followers.. Tremendous crunchy and engaging.. TIPS OF THE DAY: pre Half fry them and let quiet down then fry them once more till golden brown.. You are able to do this and freeze them for later use.. And fry them when wanted.... The second time frying offers the "gato Pima' an excellent crunch consequence. And bear in mind all the time fry them in an aluminum pot, not in a non-stick coating pot. 🥰🥰.. Love you all..
